Notes

(1) The speed specified is your expected nominal speed. We do NOT cap the maximum available speed when bandwidth is available. Speeds will only be throttled below the specified bandwidth when demand exceeds capacity. During those rare situations, your available bandwidth could be reduced up to 50%. Otherwise, we expect your browsing speeds to average the bandwidth specified. Note many factors impact Internet speeds including the bandwidth measuring service used, # of connected users, services being utilized and Internet sites visited. If you have further questions, please contact Final Connect to discuss.

(2) Final Connect only offers monthly service plans. Term contracts in excess of 1 month are not available.

(3) The Installation/Equipment Fee includes installation of a wired connection between your suite and our data connection center, up to 1-hour of onsite configuration services by one of our staff and an Ethernet Router. For an additional fee, we also offer equipment upgrades for more robust firewall and VPN devices including Cisco® ASA, Cisco ISR and SonicWall® products. Please ask us for more information.

(4) The Self-Install fee includes installation of a wired connection between your suite and our data center. Client must provide and configure a client provided Ethernet router as well as all client devices including PCs. The service does NOT include engineering time or configuration assistance with connectivity services.

Additional Notes

• Either Installation Service includes a single Internet connection to your suite. If your suite requires inside wire, we can provide data connection to each necessary location for below market rates. Please contact us for a multi-line estimate.
• If connecting more than 4 computers to your Internet connection, you will need to provide your own (or have us provide one at additional cost) network switch or hub.  
• We use Ethernet to connect your suite to our Internet backbone. We do not need a phone line nor do we share your phone line. We are completely independent from other Telecommunication providers.
• The Final Connect Complete Installation Service includes a NAT firewall router and one public, static IP address.
• The Client Self-Install Installation Service requires you to provide your own Ethernet to Ethernet router similar to the Linksys BEFSR41 router. You also receive one public, static IP address and configuration instruction summary sheet.
• If you provide your own router but still select Final Connect Complete Installation Service, $50 will be deducted from your installation/service fee. This deduction does not apply to any self-installation package.
• Our installation time frame is within 7 business days of receiving your SIGNED Internet Access Agreement - expedited installation/configuration services may be available (at Final Connect's discretion) and will incur an additional one-time charge of $250. 
• Our technical support line (949.709.8488x2) is available 24x7 but technical support emergencies are only responded to in accordance with the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 5:00am PST to 11:59pm PST and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00am PST to 8:00pm PST. If support is needed outside those hours, additional support plans are available for additional charges. If the line is not answered, any voice mails left on the voice mail system will be forwarded to an on-call technician. Only emergency outages are reviewed outside normal working hours (normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am PST to 4pm PST). Responses to all other questions, comments or concerns are deferred until normal working hours. Normal response times to non-critical issues will be at least 4 hours for level 2 (severely constrained network issues) and next business day for level 3, 4 or 5. Services outside those covered by the Internet Services agreement may incur additional charges and will be responded to on an availability basis only.
